Shipping

Shipping Times:
Italy : 1/2 working days, except for the islands, for which shipments require approximately 48/72 hours more.
Europe : 2/3 working days.
Shipments are made on working days (Monday to Friday). No shipments are made on public holidays.
Orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 24/48 hours of payment, unless otherwise communicated.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping cost:
Italy : €8 (free for orders equal to or greater than €100)
France, Holland, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Denmark, Portugal : €15 (free for orders equal to or greater than €100)
Finland and Sweden : €20 (free for orders equal to or greater than €100)

The shipping cost does not include any customs duties and charges, which, if foreseen by the country of destination, will be considered completely borne by the recipient. Their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. I am not aware of the amount of the customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.

Exchanges and returns

You can return or exchange your order within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on my site.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Contact me by email at info@ecoimpronta.it, inserting the subject of the message "REQUEST FOR RETURN" followed by the order number, indicating the reason for the return.
Once I have received your email, I will take care to reply, explaining the various steps necessary for the return procedure and I will take care of sending a courier to collect your package. After receiving the product and verifying its integrity, I will send you another return acceptance or denial email. If the return is accepted, I will refund the items within two days of the acceptance email.
Any shipping charges included in the original order will not be refunded.
As far as exchanges are concerned, it will be sufficient to indicate the new desired size. In this case I will apply the shipping costs indicated above.

An exchange or return will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• the will to return or exchange an item must be communicated via email within 14 working days of receiving the order;
• the items must not have been used, washed or damaged;
• items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in their original condition;
• the returned items of the same order must be returned in a single shipment;

Note: For all customized products there is no exchange or return, as they were made specifically for your dog.
I remind you that the manufacture of Eco Impronta products is made with artisanal and non-industrial processes. Small imperfections may therefore be present and constitute the artisan characteristic of the product.
